Gurugram, March 9, 2026: Smartworld Developers has awarded a ₹1,000 crore construction contract for its ultra-luxury residential project Trump Residences Gurgaon, marking a significant milestone in the development of the branded luxury project in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The company confirmed that excavation work at the project site has been completed, and structural construction has now formally commenced. As part of the project’s phased construction strategy, a ₹300 crore tender has already been released, initiating the first stage of structural development.
Ultra-Luxury Development in Sector 69
Spread across 11.7 acres in Sector 69, Gurugram, Trump Residences Gurgaon will feature two iconic 51-storey towers comprising 298 ultra-premium residences. The project is designed to meet global luxury living standards and is expected to become one of the most prominent branded residential developments in the region.
The project will showcase a contemporary all-glass façade, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, and select residences with double-height living spaces. With a total built-up area exceeding 1.2 million square feet, the development aims to set new benchmarks for branded luxury living in Gurugram.
Trump Residences Gurgaon will be the second Trump-branded residential project in the city, following the success of Trump Towers Gurugram, which has delivered significant capital appreciation and established a strong presence in the luxury housing market.

According to industry data, the first Trump-branded development in Gurugram has recorded up to 200 percent appreciation, with residents already moving in and experiencing premium lifestyle amenities.

Expanding its presence across the NCR region, the developer recently entered the Noida real estate market with the launch of Elie Saab Residences, a luxury residential project spread across six acres featuring 200 three- and four-bedroom homes.
Smartworld Developers reported ₹6,400 crore in sales for FY 2024–25, representing a 60 percent year-on-year growth. The company has committed a total construction budget of ₹10,000 crore, out of which ₹5,000 crore has already been awarded for construction contracts since its inception.
